Plan registration, known in Israel as Tatzar (תצ”ר — תוכנית לצורכי רישום), is the formal surveying and registration of land subdivision plans at the Israel Land Registry (Tabu). Any division of a registered parcel into two or more independent lots — whether for sale, inheritance, construction, or statutory compliance — requires a licensed surveyor to prepare and register a Tatzar plan.
