Each year, the Ministry of Housing and Construction employs dozens of professionals in the fields of consultation, inspection, and surveying. Large surveying companies have been chosen to act as the Ministry’s “site moderators”. The surveyor accompanies the project from its’ planning stage, in which he prepares a photogrammetric map and reconstructs the cadaster boundaries on site. Later, the company is responsible for marking boundaries & physical features as well as preparing a plan for registration and carrying out the registration.
