Highway 16, from the Meza interchange to Jerusalem’s center is under the responsibility of the Netivei Israel Company. The road begins at the Meza interchange on Highway 1, through the Ravida interchange until the Beyt interchange in central Jerusalem. The road includes four underground tunnels and expropriations. Datamap conducted 3-D measurements for expropriation and constructed the declaration map for publications (5 and 7). The oversight of the process included preparing individual drawings for landowners, compensation calculations, appraiser accompaniment and consultation, a field marking committee for fencing and retention purposes.
